Grounded in years of family pharmacy ownership, Bob Busbee is a third generation pharmacist. Beginning with his Grandfather and then his Father; Bob and his daughter have continued the affinity for independent pharmacy ownership. They, along with their staff consider it a privilege to serve their community because their customer’s health and well-being matters to them—just as it did for Bob’s dad and his Grandfather. Bob Busbee and Barry Whisnant have a long history of mutual respect. Much like any fraternal order committed to shared principles and purpose, they found a group of individuals, with like-minded passions for pharmacy care and a commitment to upholding solid business practices. Today, Healthsmart has stores all over North Carolina that are owned and operated by a team of simply the best that pharmacy has to offer.
