The last year has been a wild ride. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to teach in a space Thank you to everyone for allowing me to be apart of your yoga journey. While this is my last weekly class, I will be back for some sweet monthly work shop like classes. I love you all and thank you.

Another twisted class and a morning full of wonderful surprises. It was so fun practicing with everyone this morning.

It’s been great subbing for the Sunday morning yoga crew. Thank you for coming out and honoring yourself. Remember, your body is a temple and your movement is your prayer. Keep showing up for yourself. Breathe! Move! Love yourself.
