Join us Sunday, March 8 | 2:45–4:15pm for a deep release session designed to help you move and feel better in your body.

We’ll use rollers, balls, straps, blocks, and sand bags to learn techniques that target muscle imbalances and improve mobility. Rollers available!

This workshop is open to **everyone** — all levels welcome.

Come wind down and relax Tuesdays 2/3 and 2/10 in our Yin and Restore class with Sarah. We'll start with a gentle flow, lean into deeper held stretches in a supportive chair, and then rest and digest in our restorative postures. Can't wait to see you there.

Posture & Pilates with Kjerstin |  Tuesdays 12PM
Starting February 3

Create a space in the middle of your day to refresh with a light but intense workout!  We’ll  start with breathing then gently mobilizing all our joints.  We are then ready to rise and work on our standing poses to raise the heat in our bodies and the intensity follows when we move to the floor to work our extension postures and  refined abdominal exercises.  We’ll end with a short relaxation to energize you for the rest of your day!
Kjerstin Mix graduated with her B.A in dance from program that  included many dance styles, and Pilates. Her dream of dance as a healing art became a reality by completing the Core Dynamics pilates method, in 1999.

This workshop is for mamas and birthing partners at any stage of pregnancy, although most mamas prefer to attend when they are closer to their birthing day.
We focus on soothing and coping techniques for natural birth including mindful movement, breathwork, visualization and hands on/counter pressure techniques for partners.
Mamas and birthing partners will leave this workshop feeing empowered and more prepared for birthing day.

Mamas, bring your mats and birthing partners and a rebozo or pashmina, if you have one. (No worries, if you don’t. 😉)

Join us for a gentle flow Series, thoughtfully curated for expecting and new mamas. In this pre and postnatal yoga series mamas will empower themselves by building community, embracing their bodies, and discovering mindful movement, breath work and meditative techniques.
