✨ ROLLER WORKSHOP ✨
Join us Sunday, March 8 | 2:45–4:15pm for a deep release session designed to help you move and feel better in your body.
We’ll use rollers, balls, straps, blocks, and sand bags to learn techniques that target muscle imbalances and improve mobility. Rollers available!
This workshop is open to **everyone** — all levels welcome.
