Join Sarah for a five-week series designed to deepen your understanding of how the body moves—and how to build strength, mobility, and control across all ranges of motion. Each session explores a dynamic blend of active and passive flexibility, end-range movement, isometrics, and both eccentric and concentric strength work.
Whether you’re looking to refine your practice or simply move better and feel stronger, this series offers practical tools for cultivating balance and resilience in your body. Expect thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, and time to explore each concept through movement and breath.
Open to all levels. Great for curious movers, yoga practitioners, and teachers alike.

Intermediate & Advanced Asana Laboratory with Sarah

SUNDAYS | 1:30-4:00 PM

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and balance through a series of intermediate and advanced asanas. This course invites you to explore poses as roadmaps to greater freedom and equilibrium in the body. Through self-study, anatomy, mindful sequencing, and moments of laughter, you’ll deepen your understanding of each posture while cultivating a more intuitive and informed practice.
30 Hours can be applied to Continuing Education or CY 200 Hour Teacher Training
Pricing: $420 for the series | $65 Drop Ins

Join us to experience a holistic approach to yoga that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.

This workshop series invites you to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. Together, we will integrate restorative yoga to calm the nervous system, preparing the body and mind for the subtle practices of pranayama—breathwork to regulate energy and cultivate inner vitality. Each session we’ll utilize a variety of techniques and iyengar yoga tools and props such as the rope wall, chairs etc to support and deepen the practice

$65 drop in
Saturdays 12:15-1:30 pm

This 5-week progressive series teaches the foundations of yoga through a clear, alignment-based method that builds strength, deepens mobility, and helps you move with confidence.
Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, dealing with stiffness or injuries, or just unsure how to begin—this series offers a smart, safe way in. Rooted in the Iyengar Yoga tradition, you’ll learn step-by-step how to approach each pose with precision, using props and structure to support your body and build skill over time.
*$200 if registered by June 30 • $250 after
