For real, teens deal with a lot. School, social media, growing up, figuring out who you are...and somewhere in there, mental health kinda gets lost in the shuffle.

If you’ve ever had these questions, this event is for you. Come hang, talk real talk, and maybe even laugh a little while we break down what mental health really means and why taking care of your brain is just as important as recharging your phone 📱💥.
