We always like to remind our clients that a lot of the work that comes with therapy happens OUTSIDE of your sessions!! This work helps you integrate and maintain your mental health practices for the long haul. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

With that being said... after you've terminated therapy, your therapy maintenance plan will help to keep you on track as you move forward in life without the continuing assistance of your therapy sessions!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can create this on your own but your ARC Counseling and Wellness therapist may tie it into the work or homework in your last few sessions.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

By keeping track of the tools you learned, resources that could be useful down the road, as well as personal revelations and reminders you've documented for yourself, you can create a plan to keep you on top of your mental health in the future!!
