Let’s talk the lymphatic system:

I’ll keep it short because I can ramble all about this topic. The lymphatic system is vital especially for our immunity because it helps the body fight infections.🤢 When lymph backs up and it does often because it’s a slow moving system, we can feel sluggish. A good way to combat that is by using herbs, dry brushing, oils (my fav is cypress!), or booking a lymphatic drainage massage😉
