Throwback to a time when magazines actually came in the mail! 📬 😜
Back then, I found this Cooking Light recipe for Brussels Sprouts Salad and it was a game changer! ✨

I took it to a family Thanksgiving, fully expecting to be the only one who’d eat it. 🙈

WRONG! Everyone devoured it and begged for the recipe. 🤤

Hi 👋🏻 I’m Mindy!

It’s been awhile…So, allow me to re-introduce myself.

🔘Christ follower who has been walking this earth for 51.5 years

🔘Married for 27 years and counting

🔘1 son 1 daughter - both Seniors. One in college the other in High School

🔘Born & raised in Oklahoma. Lived in Boston for 5.5 years. Moved back to Oklahoma in 2001.

🔘”Retired” in 2021 from a 20+ year career as Music Therapist/Music Educator working with children of all abilities in various settings.

🔘 Lifelong fitness enthusiast turned certified personal trainer/nutrition coach/menopause specialist/yoga teacher/health coach

🔘Outgoing Introvert (it’s a thing 🤪)

🔘Novice Tap Dancer (started in 2022)

🔘Music Theatre enthusiast. Fun fact: I actually started college as a Music Theatre major.

The problem isn’t falling off the plan…

It’s thinking that one (or a few) meals can make or break your progress!

If you want to create healthy habits that last a lifetime, the “best” way will always be the most sustainable way.

That means zooming out a bit and realizing that this road never ends, it’s a journey…

So in the grand scheme of things?

A few slip-ups here and there won’t make a big difference…

Just like a few healthy meals or workouts aren’t enough to see big results.

Take this as your sign to keep going!
