Our Jenney joined the 400 Club in February!! 🥳 Between raising four kids, serving at church, being the Best Massage Therapist in Claremore (voted by you!), and teaching our Friday 9am Slow Flow class… she took time to fill her cup by attending classes herself. 🖤 Thanks for leading by example, and congratulations on this accomplishment Healing Hands Massage Therapy!!

⛈️🌪️ Severe Weather Policy:

Your safety & the safety of our staff is our first priority at ETHOS! In the event of a severe weather warning, we will always give at least 1 hour of notice for any class cancellations. Clients who are already signed in to class will be contacted personally, and you can stay up to date on class availability via the MINDBODY App > ETHOS Yoga.

We also know that sometimes it’s sunny and 75° when the forecast originally called for tornados, and no one here is afraid of a little rain, so we try not to cancel classes prematurely! Your practice is important to us and keeping our doors open as much as possible keeps the lights on. 😉

Swipe through to see which classes are offered at times that work for your schedule. Read more below about each class type:

• Hot Yoga •
Quick-paced, vinyasa-based class in a heated room (80-85°). This class will challenge your strength, endurance, flexibility & balance - and make you sweat while doing it.

• Slow Flow •
Slow-paced, vinyasa-based class in a normal temperature room. Mobility-focused with traditional poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

• Deep Stretch •
Flexibility-focused, floor-based stretching with long holds for fascia release + an occasional foam rolling routine.

• Restorative Yoga •
The yoga nap: 100% rest & relaxation. Each pose is fully supported and held for 10-15 minutes before moving to the next pose, with 4-5 poses per class (including savasana).

• Barre •
A low-impact, high energy, full body workout. Easy on the joints and targets often-ignored muscle groups (inner thigh muscles? we got those). No dance experience required.

• Pilates •
Mat based, high energy, full body workout. Focus on core engagement and core strength. Sundays are a more gentle offering than our weekday Pilates!

• Chair Yoga •
Build your balance, strength, and flexibility in this accessible class - no pressure on the knees, no getting up & down from the floor required.
