Pilates Princess or a Barre Babe? Maybe YOGA is more your thing?

• Hot Yoga •
Quick-paced, vinyasa-based class in a heated room (80-85°). This class will challenge your strength, endurance, flexibility & balance - and make you sweat while doing it.
• Slow Flow •
Slow-paced, vinyasa-based class in a normal temperature room. Mobility-focused with traditional poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Deep Stretch •
Flexibility-focused, floor-based stretching with long holds for fascia release + an occasional foam rolling routine.
• Restorative Yoga •
The yoga nap: 100% rest & relaxation. Each pose is fully supported and held for 10-15 minutes before moving to the next pose, with 4-5 poses per class (including savasana).
• Barre •
A low-impact, high energy, full body workout. Easy on the joints and targets often-ignored muscle groups (inner thigh muscles? we got those). No dance experience required.
• Pilates •
Mat based, high energy, full body workout. Focus on core engagement and core strength. Sundays are a more gentle offering than our weekday Pilates!
• Chair Yoga •
Build your balance, strength, and flexibility in this accessible class - no pressure on the knees, no getting up & down from the floor required.
