🚨EXCITING NEWS & MASSIVE CHANGES COMING🚨

I have accepted the amazing opportunity and beyond excited to join the team at free spirit chiropractic starting March 16th!! With that, Bearpaw will be putting a long hold on operations and seeing people. Our last day in office will be March 12th and we are not accepting any new clients after February 28th.

I want to sincerely and deeply thank every person who has ever trusted me with your care, your families care, your nervous systems, and had the courage to hop on our tables (cause it’s not always easy) while at Bearpaw. It was an honor to work with all of you and see the massive shifts in each of your lives, and if you want to keep making those shifts come out to free spirit!

Be sure to follow and to keep up with all things chiropractic, along with events & other offerings where you can find us!

There’s an art to awareness and everybody’s level is unique to them and changes constantly. It could be how one moves around a room or around certain people because they’re aware to the dynamics of those interactions. A baby finding its self through movement like crawling or playing with different toys. A seasoned adult picking up a new hobby. Or simply pinpointing the source of pain.

Managing & healing are two very different things when it comes to symptoms, disease, or anything really.

Just managing things is like suppressing what the body is trying to, oh so intelligently, do. Coughing/sneezing is a way your body’s trying to get the junk out. If you’re gonna suppress or try to stop it all that junk just stays in there and leads to more effects. Same can be said with bottling or stuffing down emotions, thoughts, etc. Managing can give a false sense of control and keeps things at bay till they can’t stay there anymore and erupt into more serious things.

Healing these symptoms and other things doesn’t mean they are going to go away forever. If they do great! It’s more about developing a greater sense of what they are trying to tell you. Listening to your body’s messages and actually addressing it at its roots. If you pull a w**d and don’t get all the roots, it’s gonna come back (sometimes stronger). This isn’t always easy and can be a long, hard journey filled with ups and downs and is anything but linear.

Regular/routine chiropractic care helps you every step of the way on that journey! Building a better relationship with your body to listen deeply to those messages and how to address them at the root cause. Gaining more trust and faith in your body’s innate design to heal & organize itself.
