Officially Certified Yoga Teacher! 🥹

Studying at ETHOS Yoga & Fitness was an incredible learning experience and I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity. Starting a stretching/yoga routine can be challenging without guidance and I'm so excited to now have the qualifications to help others with that and add to their self care routine

Yoga is accessible to almost everyone and is an amazing way to keep your mind, body, and muscles healthy. My favorite benefits that I’ve personally experienced:
* Quicker recovery time after workouts
* My flexibility improved by a LOT
* Less anxiety

I hope to offer free community classes at Fabulash in the near future. Plus Ethos provides free classes at the studio if you're interested in checking it out 😊

Also, my absolute favorite service has to be cupping! If you’re a fan of deep tissue, an athlete, or dealing with limited range of motion, you have to give it a try. You can even pair it with a chair massage for the ultimate combo. 😌

2024 was not kind to many but I truly believe that when we hit low points, life can only go up from there. Let’s make 2025 a year of growth and achieve amazing things! 🙌

Life works in wonderful ways. Last year I fell in love with fitness and movement and I wanted to find a way to incorporate it into my massage practice, specifically through stretching and yoga. One day while scrolling on Facebook, I came across a post about ETHOS Yoga & Fitness offering an in person yoga teacher training program. It was a blessing because it was exactly what I was looking for!

With that being said I have a few updates I’d like to share. Starting February 1st, there will be a $5 price increase. I’ll also be adding new services, including chair massages, heat packs, CBD creams, and more! I want to creating the best space for all of you and I’m so excited to start incorporating yoga into the practice🤗

Thank you all for your support as I grow and improve the treatments I provide! I’m looking forward to another year of working with you to help you feel your best. Here’s to a healthy, happy, and healing 2025! ❤️

Wellness Fact Wednesday 🫶 Morning sunlight triggers the production of serotonin, the hormone that enhances your mood and helps you feel more awake and alert

I feel it’s safe to say that most of us don’t get enough time outside. I know I don’t since I’m in a dark room all day but for the past few weeks, I started taking my runs outside and it has really lifted me up and helped my stress levels tremendously

Stress is a silent killer, and I wanted to take the time to share and remind everyone (including myself) that we need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes it takes the simplest things to do that 💗🌞
