Join us on Sunday at 6:19 Nutrition in Claremore for some yoga. Down below is the booking link and some quick info 😊

• $10 per class
• Take one class or stay for both

NO flexibility needed! This is about muscle health, mobility, and recovery. Modifications will be made available ❤️

Location update - please read! ❤️

This week will be our last week at the Fabulash location. I’m so excited to share that my mom and I are moving into downtown Claremore alongside the Fabulash team and the 312 girls under a new name The Embree Rose

Even more exciting, my mom and I will be the new owners of The Embree Rose. Same services, just a fresh new space in downtown Claremore, my favorite place 😊

I’m late to the announcement because I’m not the biggest fan of change, however this was a blessing and I’m grateful that I will be working such amazing an amazing group of talented women. Another thank you to my amazimg clients! I hope see you in the new space soon! ❤️

Since I started teaching at Fitness Time, many of my clients have been requesting later class times and the perfect opportunity came when miss Lynn offered for me to host classes at 6:19 Nutrition

Join us on Sunday January 25th at 2:00pm & 3:15pm for Yoga & Sip at 6:19 Nutrition. The nutrition bar will be open before and after class, so you can grab an energy tea before the 2:00pm mobility flow, then recover with a protein shake during the 3:15pm deep stretch!

$10 per class and all equipment is provided. My hope is that after attending these classes you’ll notice more mobility and less tension in your muscles 🧘‍♀️
