UPDATE! Maranda was in the office this morning for her adjustment, and let me know she's lost 3 more pounds! 10 pounds in less than a month. Her mindset has changed and she's now focused on fueling her body!

Another Maynard Masterclass Challenge SUCCESS! Maranda attended the masterclass and absolutely rocked the challenge! She lost 7 pounds in 7 days! She made realistic changes and plans to keep up the work. Part of the challenge was a minimum of 20 minutes of movement. February is COLD so Maranda would go to the grocery store over her lunch break to make sure she got in her 20 minute walk! I love that adding in such simple changes can have such a huge impact. Small consistent changes. Progress over perfection. Great job, Maranda!

We just wrapped up a seven day challenge for practice members that attended our Maynard Masterclass: The 5 Essential Shifts. Ashley and her husband attended and went ALL-IN on the 7 day challenge following the masterclass. Ashley lost SIXTEEN pounds in 7 days! This challenge was not focused on weight loss, but implementing the essential shifts provided AMAZING results for everyone participating. And the best part, all participants plan to keep up with the challenge protocols!
