👋 Meet Mike Helbringer — the heart and leadership behind Bristol Village!

Mike serves as President/CEO, and has been with the organization since 1997, guiding and leading us. Under his vision, Bristol Village opened in 2003 as the only freestanding nonprofit assisted‑living residence in Western New York — bringing modern comfort, community and compassionate care to our residents.

Mike is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, received his BS and MBA from the University at Buffalo, and served in the US Army Reserve from 1988-1996.

He values respect, dignity and personalized support — principles that shine through in every aspect of life at Bristol Village. He’s helped make our community what it is today: a welcoming, family‑oriented place where residents feel safe, connected and valued.

🎄 It was a truly festive Christmas Day at Bristol Village! ❤️

Each year, our amazing staff generously provide a Christmas gift for every Assisted Living and Memory Care resident, continuing a cherished holiday tradition. On Christmas morning, the Activities Department’s “Christmas elves” had the joyful task of delivering the gifts and spreading cheer! 🎁😊

Adding to the holiday spirit, resident Bob Kanski volunteered to play Santa Claus — a role he has lovingly filled in years past and one that never fails to bring smiles to everyone’s faces. 🎅

Moments like these remind us that the true magic of the season is found in kindness, connection and community. 🫶✨
