Pain can feel urgent โ€” so you search your symptoms and try the first stretch or exercise you find. The problem? Most pain is more complex than it appears.

Low back pain might actually be hip weakness. Shoulder pain may stem from posture or neck mobility. Knee pain could be a balance or strength issue higher or lower in the chain.
