Satya Yoga We believe that yoga is for all and are working to break down the barriers that keep many away from practicing yoga. Our classes are accessible for all.

We are an inclusive community, all are welcome. We offer more than just great Yoga classes. We offer Whole Health Coaching, private and semi-private yoga sessions, meditation coaching, Functional Personal Training, private yoga classes for special occasions (birthday, bridal shower...), corporate yoga and wellness, and Lifestyle and philosophy classes that move your yoga journey beyond the pose.

One of the things I hear most from new clients is:
This is not what I expected. In a good way 😄

People are usually surprised by how:
• It’s not nearly as intense as they thought
• We go at their pace, not some preset plan
• We actually adjust things based on how their body feels that day
• It’s okay to take breaks, modify, or slow down
• they leave feeling better… not wiped out

There’s no “push through it.”
No pressure to keep up.
No pretending everything feels fine when it doesn’t.

It’s just:
✔️ paying attention
✔️ making small adjustments
✔️ building strength and confidence over time

Most people come in a little nervous, and then realize:

We’re adding something new at Satya Yoga: The Walking Crew
Nothing fancy. Nothing intimidating. Just a simple way to get outside, move your body, and enjoy a little fresh air and community.

Our first walk will be:
Wednesday, April 29 at 5:15pm
About 1.1 miles and roughly 30–35 minutes
We’ll leave from the studio and return in time for the 6pm Hatha Flow class if you’d like to keep the movement going.

Our next walk will be:
Saturday, May 9 at 7:00am
About 1.5 miles and roughly 40–45 minutes

These walks are free, but registration will be required, just like any other class.
