When breastfeeding feels harder than it should, it’s easy to think you’re doing something wrong. The truth is… sometimes tongue or lip tie is the hidden piece of the puzzle.

Gentle craniosacral work and light chiropractic adjustments (as soft as checking an avocado for ripeness) can release tension in your baby’s neck, jaw, and body. This support often makes latching easier, feeding smoother, and recovery from a tie release faster.

It’s never just about the mouth. By looking at your baby’s whole body and nervous system, we help them feed, grow, and thrive with more ease while giving you the peace of mind you’ve been looking for.

If you’re feeling nervous about how your child will handle being back in school, you’re not alone.

Maybe they’re having a hard time focusing, always daydreaming, acting out in class, or seem overwhelmed by the daily routine. These behaviors aren’t bad. They’re signs that their nervous system might be having a hard time keeping up.

When the nervous system is under stress, kids can struggle with attention, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, and transitions.

The good news? You don’t have to just wait it out. Chiropractic care focused on calming and regulating the nervous system can help your child feel more balanced, focused, and in control, both in and out of the classroom.

Now is a great time to check in and give their nervous system the support it needs.

If breastfeeding has been more stressful than smooth, you’re not alone.

Some of the most common signs we see when a baby is struggling with breastfeeding include:
• Shallow latch or popping off frequently
• Clicking sounds while nursing
• Gassy, fussy, or uncomfortable after feeding
• Preferring one side
• Falling asleep quickly at the breast
• Nursing all the time but not gaining well
• Lip blisters or milk leaking out the sides of the mouth

While it’s easy to blame your latch or supply, these often point to tension in your baby’s body, specifically in their nervous system.

That tension can make it harder for your little one to coordinate suck, swallow, and breathe, making nursing more of a challenge for both of you.

Gentle, nervous system-focused chiropractic care helps release that tension so your baby can feed more comfortably, efficiently, and calmly.

If this sounds familiar, we’re here to help. Send us a message or book through the link in our bio.

If your little one is struggling with constipation, it’s not always about what they’re eating.

We often see kids whose nervous systems are stuck in stress mode and when that happens, digestion slows way down.

Tension in their body can interfere with how their brain and gut communicate, making it harder to go regularly (and comfortably).

They don’t need more Miralax. They need less tension on their nervous system.

Chiropractic adjustments help release that tension and support the body’s natural ability to digest, move, and regulate.

If your child has been dealing with constipation and you’re ready to try something different, we’re here for you.

As we prepare to head back to school, now is the time to support your child’s nervous system.

New routines, earlier mornings, heavy backpacks, and the emotions that come with change can make this season feel overwhelming for kids.

We love helping school-age children move through this transition feeling more balanced, focused, and calm.

Gentle adjustments can:
✔️ Improve posture before those long days at desks
✔️ Support focus and calm in the classroom
✔️ Boost immune function ahead of germ season
✔️ Regulate sleep and digestion for more restful nights

Now is a great time to schedule a back-to-school adjustment and help your child feel grounded and ready to thrive.

If your baby is suddenly clingy, fussy, or waking more at night, it could be a leap.

Leaps are big developmental periods where your baby’s brain is learning new skills and processing a new world around them. It’s beautiful growth, but it can also feel intense for your little one.

In our house, we slow down, stick to a routine, offer more connection, and support their nervous system with boost adjustments.

Want to help your baby move through leaps with more ease? Contact our office to learn more.

When there’s a tie present, it can create compensations throughout the body. You might notice tight shoulders, clenched fists, shallow breathing, difficulty latching, or digestive discomfort.

Chiropractic care and bodywork help by gently releasing tension and restoring balance to your baby’s nervous system. This allows their body to relax, making feeding more efficient and supporting overall comfort and development.

Whether you’re preparing for a release or supporting your baby afterward, nervous system-focused care can make a big difference in how they adapt and thrive.

Noticing your baby always looks to one side or has a flat spot on their head? These can be signs of torticollis, a condition caused by tight neck muscles that can impact comfort, feeding, and head shape.

Pediatric chiropractic care helps release tension, improve mobility, and support your baby’s nervous system as they grow and develop.

One mom shared: “Rooted has been life-changing for our family! My son started at 4 months old for torticollis and head shape concerns.... I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rooted—highly recommend for your chiropractic needs!”

You don’t have to wait and see. We are here to support you and your little one.

Our family has always been picky about toothpaste. For years, we’ve chosen formulas free of fluoride, but recently we discovered something was missing, hydroxyapatite. Since our enamel is 97% hydroxyapatite, we realized our toothpaste needed this natural mineral too.

Once we switched to SuperTeeth, we noticed a big difference in our boys’ teeth. Our whole family loves this toothpaste, and we feel great knowing we’re giving our kids the best support for strong, healthy smiles.

Thinking about making the switch? You can save 15% on your order with code ROOTEDCHIRO.
