Upper Body Tension & Stiffness Eraser with Gosia!

Designed for individuals with a stressful lifestyle whose stress accumulates in the shoulders, upper back, and neck area, or one of the best options is for people who sit a lot: desk jobs, drivers, and so on. The whole-body massage with a main focus on the neck, head, face, shoulders, arms, hands, upper back, lower back, and hips. Treatment includes medium-pressure strokes, hot stones or hot compresses, magnesium lotion application or arnica oil, acupressure points, trigger points release, and of course gentle myofascial release stretches. A few treatments are recommended but you should feel the difference after one session.

Sessions available for 75, 90, 120 min

Gosia is available this week on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.
