While collaborating with Sea Turtle Travel and Cardiostix during a brainstorming session for the upcoming 2nd Annual Cardiostix Cardio Drumming Cruise — which I am BLESSED and HONORED to have been invited to be the instructor for — an inquiry came in asking if I offered a cardio drumming instructor certification.

Around that same time, I also received an email asking the very same question:
📩 “Do you have a certification program?”
(people often think FFWT & Cardiostix are one business lol—we are partnered and endorse each other)

That inquiry planted a seed… and for nearly nine months, that idea has been growing quietly in the background (only some of my close friends heard me talk about it for countless hours—I have BIG dreams🤣)!

I don’t always disclose my projects or business ideas publicly.

A lot of what I do happens behind the scenes — planning, creating, testing, and building — because I’m CONSTANTLY working to grow my business and bring more services, opportunities, and experiences to people.

I’m GRATEFUL for the spark that set this journey in motion! This is JUST the beginning!

Although major components of the certification program are ALREADY DEVELOPED, the final details are being fine-tuned to ensure you receive the BEST learning experience possible.

I’ve been contacted A LOT recently about me traveling to do my Cardio Drumming classes in various locations.

I am willing, but I need to make sure there’s enough interest because traveling is A LOT of work!

One location in particular is FRIENDLY, WV.

They are wanting me there at least twice each month.
