Staff enjoyed dressing up and decorating a table while serving treats and goody's to our patients. Everyone had a fa-boo-lous time trick or treating and voting for their favorite table! The winner was our AT department "I Smell Children". 🎉🎃👻 Our therapy dog Charlie showed up in full costume and was loved by all. 💞

, Lynn G. has worked at CPC for three years as a mental health technician. Lynn’s very first job was at Vince’s Tavern, but it was in her job at Snyder Memorial where she learned that she had a knack for wanting to help others. Something she’s learned in the past year that’s made a positive impact on her life is to live in the moment each day and “Try to find happiness in every day!“ One of Lynn’s favorite ways to contribute to a positive work culture is her sense of humor and making people laugh - staff and patients.
One thing that Lynn is passionate about outside of work is writing. She has been working on writing a book for a few years now that is mental health related. She also writes for a local newspaper. When she wants to relax and recharge, her favorite way to spend a day off is to go for long walks and watching football.
When asked about Lynn, her peers said:
👥Lynn is a team player! She will jump in and help wherever needed.
🌟Lynn frequently adjusts her schedule to help meet the needs of the hospital.
👥Lynn is always open to feedback! She listens to the patients and tries her hardest to get what they need!
🌟She is an awesome coworker!
👥Lynn is an optimistic, ambitious member of our team. She is a true asset!
🌟Lynn is a team player. She is flexible with her scheduling looking out for the staff when we need to change schedules.
💞Lynn cares deeply for our patients.
Thank you Lynn for your kindness, humor, and dedication to the CPC Mission!
