As we celebrate we would like to introduce you to one of our Compassionate RN's, Tina B. 🎉
Tina has been a dedicated Registered Nurse at Clarion Psychiatric Center for the past two years. Tina’s journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and a pivotal moment early in her career shaped her commitment to kindness and respect. After receiving an unfriendly response from an LPN when she asked a question as a CNA, Tina resolved to pursue her LPN and vowed never to treat others the way she was treated. Later, a similar experience as an LPN motivated her to continue advancing and become an RN. These experiences have inspired Tina to live by the motto, “Never forget where you came from.” She believes that at the end of the day, patients don’t recognize our titles, they only know whether or not we’ve helped them, and that is what truly matters.
If Tina could have any superpower for a day, she would gift everyone with a day of inner peace, a chance to feel genuine calm and comfort deep within themselves.
One of Tina’s greatest passions is crafting, especially charm making. Her extensive charm collection includes everything imaginable, from seasonal motifs, flowers, dragons, and bees to even humorous “dumpster fires.” Tina delights in creating unique charms and considers it a fun way to brighten others’ days.
Tina lives by inspiring mottos like “Battles build warriors” and “If you’re always early, you’re never late.”
