My name is Kristy Droske and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have 13 years of personal training and group exercise experience. I was a Registered Boxer with USA Boxing from 2007-2012, and now enjoy teaching the basics as a certified USA Boxing coach. I hold a B.S. Sport Management: Wellness and Fitness and an M.S. in Exercise Science: Rehabilitative Science from California University of Pennsylvania. References and Testimonials available upon request

When I chose to name my business NO EXCUSES…. I could never imagine how many ways that would shine through the years. Like hey- wanna go on vacation- sure….but no excuses…..My first “working” vacation in the books, No Excuses takes on Couples Tower Isle in Ocho Rios Jamaica 🇯🇲 A morning fitness class followed by aqua aerobics. The entertainment staff and pool bartenders made it a smooth first and the resort and weather were beautiful. The participants were from all over and made it fun. Couples Tower Isle, Ocho Rios Jamaica

Woo wee! What a weekend for some of our No Excuses athletes. Juliana and Raegan and the CL Lady Lions landed the D9 Championship. There is never a lack of hustle and heart out of these two impressive athletes! Congratulations 🏆

🏊‍♀️🏆🙌🏾. Shout out to these No Excuses Athletes who absolutely shined at Districts, not only with a few State qualifiers but locked in NATIONAL qualifying times and a D9/pool record! It was so exciting to watch them achieve this, but just as cool to see the energy/excitement out of them, their teammates, coaches and parents! This group of young ladies have the heart and drive to dig in and do what it takes. They put in the work and extra efforts and boy does it pay off! To put the cherry on top, they have outstanding, dedicated swim coaches, and amazing parents that support them all in!!! Closing out January- and of course- I suck at pictures and social media so I didn’t remember to capture all 4 Saturdays. A lot of sweat and effort from a full house all month!! It’s never too late to join the fun - whether you want in on the Saturday theme fun or you’re ready to jump in and join our weekday classes!
