Happy Easter from Phillips Ranch!!! The Easter bunny took time out of his busy schedule today to visit the PR clan making everyone smile . Thank you everyone that participated including those families who traveled here to visit and share the day with everyone!! Always grateful to have the families here supporting their loved ones!!!!

Spring is in the air here in North Idaho along with smiles, happiness, gratitude and great recovery progress!!! Everyone is out planting seeds and getting the garden beds ready!! This is always our favorite day of the month!! Third Friday of each month. Congratulations!!! To Ryan and Tasha who are expecting a new baby boy soon!! Added a few of pics from the baby shower that Staff and Patients put together for this great occasion!!

Hello to everyone from PR! Happy New year!! To all of our Alumni and residents, past, present and future. We have moved Alumni day from the third Saturday each month to every third FRIDAY monthly from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Please come and support the Recovery Journey with all of us. See you then !!!! January 16, 2026 1:00pm.

Phillips Ranch’s amazing one and only admissions director Kyleigh visited the ranch recently for some training. This gave her the opportunity to meet some of the MANY people she has impacted! Kyleigh is the first contact our clients have with PR and at times they are at a very difficult time in their lives. Her compassion, understanding, patience and hard work pays off daily with the smiles and gratitude of those she has impacted. Here are a few of the notes in her Thank you card the group gave her. Then they made her a lunch and they all had a great visit!! Thank You Kyleigh!!

We’d like to take a moment to recognize a truly exceptional and foundational member of the Phillips Ranch team — Program Director Troi Morris.

Troi has played a vital role in the success of our program, overseeing staff, dietary services, events, admissions, and contributing significantly to the strength of our clinical department. As the very first staff member at Phillips Ranch, Troi has walked with us through every step — the growing pains, the learning curves, the trials and triumphs of launching a new organization.

Her commitment has gone far beyond the call of duty. Troi has made personal sacrifices to support both our staff and clients, taken on major responsibilities with minimal guidance, and shown incredible initiative to understand and manage the clinical aspects of the business — including documentation, compliance, and so much more.

Troi, your dedication, leadership, and heart have helped shape Phillips Ranch into what it is today. Alison and I want to extend our deepest gratitude for everything you’ve done — and continue to do — for this team and the people we serve.

Thank you for being the rock at the core of our mission. 💙
