So many of us are juggling life feeling completely overwhelmed, stressed out, and just spread entirely too thin—and I totally get it. It can feel like a lot sometimes.

So I decided to create a gentle, supportive space for women who need a moment to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Starting next week, I’ll be leading a 4-week self-care class focused on bringing more calm, balance, and emotional wellness into your daily life.

We’ll explore simple but powerful tools like breathwork, meditation, tapping, somatic practices, and journaling—things that can really help you feel more grounded and clear-headed, even in the chaos.
