Today, let's talk about the right toothbrush for your child based on their age. Each child is unique, but here’s a simple guide to help you choose the best toothbrush as they grow:

🦷 0-3 Years Old: For babies and toddlers, a finger slip toothbrush is ideal! This soft silicone brush cleans gums and can be used after feedings. No toothpaste is needed until their first tooth appears—then use a rice-sized amount. After age three, switch to a pea-sized amount!

🦷 3-5 Years Old: It's time to get a kid-sized toothbrush! These smaller brushes are easier for little hands to hold, and soft bristles to keep gums safe. Kids need help brushing until about 8 years old!

🦷 6-9 Years Old: You can introduce an electric toothbrush if your child is ready; they can make brushing fun with sounds or characters! However, a kid-sized manual toothbrush works well too!

🦷 10 Years and Older: Around age 10, your child can start using an adult toothbrush or an electric toothbrush, especially if they struggle with plaque. Don't forget to keep floss and mouthwash handy!
