Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of dizziness in our patients. It occurs when tiny calcium crystals in the inner ear, called otoconia, become dislodged and move into the semicircular canals.

This repositioning technique—known as a modified Epley maneuver—helps guide those crystals back where they belong, providing relief from BPPV symptoms ⭐️

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) uses electrical currents to stimulate muscle contractions. We use it to help build strength, limit muscle loss during immobilization, and retrain muscles after injury or surgery.

Have questions about NMES or how it might fit into your rehab? Give us a call! 📞
