Today was Coach Manny’s last day at Haven.

And while we don’t love goodbyes… we LOVE growth.

The same way our clients graduate from us, sometimes our coaches do too.

That’s the mission.

At Haven, we don’t exist just to run workouts.
We exist to change lives through fitness.

Sometimes that means helping a client lose 20 pounds.
Sometimes it means helping someone deadlift for the first time.
And sometimes… it means pouring so much into a coach that they step into bigger and better things outside of these four walls.

If you’ve trained with Manny, you know his heart.
You know the energy.
You know the care.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t just what he gave to Haven.
It’s who he became while he was here.

Because everything we do at Haven revolves around one thing:
The “perfect day.”

Not perfection.
But alignment.
Growth.
Progress.
Success for every single person we come into contact with.

Clients.
Staff.
Families.

Two years.

That’s how long Cinthya has been showing up. Quietly. Consistently. Trusting the process week in and week out.

No shortcuts. No magic program. Just real work, repeated over time.

Consistency is not about being perfect. It is about how quickly you return.

One missed day is life.
Two missed days is the beginning of disengagement.
Three missed days makes it harder mentally to come back at all.

This is where most people fall into the restart cycle. Not because they failed. Because they stayed away too long.

Stop under eating and expecting your body to magically change.

Let’s be honest for a second.

A short, intentional calorie deficit can be a tool.
But undereating for months or years while hoping to lose weight, feel strong, and have energy?

That’s not discipline.
That’s setting your body up to fight you.

Here’s what we see all the time at Haven 👇

• stalled fat loss
• low energy
• constant cravings
• poor recovery
• inconsistent workouts
• frustration that feels “unexplainable”

Your body can’t build muscle, regulate hormones, or recover from training when it’s constantly under fueled.

So here’s your challenge this week.

Actually look at how you eat.

If you think you might be under eating, try this for 7 days:

➡️ 3 well balanced meals
➡️ 2 intentional snacks
➡️ protein at every meal
➡️ carbs and fats included
➡️ not skipping meals “to be good”

Then pay attention to how you feel.

More energy.
Better workouts.
Less food noise.
More consistency.

Fueling your body properly is not the reason you’re stuck.
It’s often the reason you finally move forward.
