Here are some tips from Dr. Alex to help you prepare for your visit! Available Mondays 9-1, 3-7 | Wednesdays 3-7 | Thursdays 9-1, 3-7
-> Try not to come on an empty stomach but avoid anything too heavy right before your session
-> Wear loose clothing, shots are ideal to access arms and legs, the office also offers shorts if needed!
-> Stay Hydrated throughout the day
-> Avoid caffeine and alcohol - both can interfere with how your body responds to treatment

We are closed this week! Here are some updates for September! We’ll be closed on September 1st for Labor Day. Starting September 3rd, acupuncture will now be available on Wednesdays for the first time!! If there’s another day you’d like to be able to book acupuncture, drop a comment and let us know.
Also, we’re now open two Saturday's a month again—September 6th and 20th are both open, so feel free to grab a spot through the app!
