Our team of therapists create an intensive physical and occupational rehabilitation plan designed to meet the specific needs of each individual resident.

We currently have openings in our nursing department for a Full-Time night nurse, a Full-Time daytime CNA and a Full-Time NOC CNA. We want to thank each and every one of the people that helped out with our annual Wine on Nine golf tournament! We had 19 teams this year, a tasty food truck with loaded baked potatoes and ideal weather! Thank you to Tammy and the golf club team for making sure things ran smoothly. Thank you to all the golfers for participating in the fun and being good sports about all the golfing challenges we made you face. Our favorites were the lobster hands and the 2-person tee offs. Thank you to all the sponsors on the holes for bringing more fun and yummy snacks to each hole. And thank you to Street Taterz for keeping us all full at the end of the night! Be sure to watch for next year's date and time.
