Thank you to Ta-Tanisha Harrell for this recognition and for continuing to shine a light on women who serve, uplift, and strengthen our communities.

This moment reminds me that service is not just what we do — it’s who we are. 💚

💚💜 Creating Safe Spaces with RzTheFlags 💜💚

RzTheFlags continues its mission to bring awareness, prevention, and healing to the community. Together, we are building safe spaces where those suffering in silence can come to speak, share, cry, and receive support — surrounded by love, understanding, and resources that make a difference.

We extend heartfelt thanks to Director Pamela McCauley from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office for sharing valuable insights and resources that empower our community.

Special thanks to Minister Fatima Jones ( ) for bringing hope, comfort, and prayer to the women in attendance — reminding us all that faith and unity are powerful tools for transformation.

And a sincere thank you to everyone who participated and supported this informative and impactful workshop. Together, we are changing lives, one conversation at a time.
