I can’t believe it’s already been 7 months since I received my Certificate of Completion for memory care services, required under the new rules and regulations from AZDHS.

I finally had the time to revisit and summarize all the training sessions, I'll post the links to all 9 lessons in the coming days.

Today, on World Health Day, I find myself reflecting on these learnings— and how much they’ve shaped my perspective on care, health, and the responsibility we carry in supporting our seniors.

I’ve always loved a good startup story, especially when it’s founded by a woman. Starting a business from the ground up is never easy. It takes courage, tenacity, and perseverance, and I’m always inspired by women who turn challenges into purpose.

Today, I want to share Anna’s story. She founded Dementia Aid (Dementia Aide ), inspired by her years caring for her father who lived with dementia. What began as a deeply personal caregiving journey became a thoughtful solution designed to bring more dignity, comfort, and ease to families navigating dementia care.
