She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brenau University and is known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Brittany loves helping patients navigate their insurance and billing needs, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She’s a proud wife and mother of three, and her husband honorably served in the Army for 16.5 years before recently retiring. Since his retirement, Brittany and her husband have enjoyed spending quality time with family, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.

Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she enjoys attending church and living out those values through kindness and care for others. She is engaged, and her fiancé proudly serves the community as a firefighter/EMT for Habersham County. Outside of the office, Kaley enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as with her French bulldog, Maisy.
