Laci has planned the most fun glow-in-the-dark yoga night ever, complete with a glow paint & accessory bar so we can decorate our faces & bodies before class! 💫

We’ll have a photo station to capture all the glowing magic 📸 and even spooky Halloween-style hot chocolate to sip on after class. 🎃☕️

Casey will be presenting a Release-themed series of Yoga/ Meditation classes on Tuesday @ 10AM we'll enjoy slow-paced & contemplative Yoga, accesible to all experience levels, with a focus on stillness and full attention on our sense of touch & the grace that comes from moving with intent, focus and joy.
