As licensed speech-language pathologists trained in lactation, we bring unmatched expertise to FEES and MBS swallow studies. • FEES: No radiation needed, bedside-friendly, great for airway and secretion assessment
• MBS : X-ray based, shows full swallow phases, ideal for detecting aspiration, bottle breastfeeders only.

Why? Well, baby can stay latched while we gently pass a flexible endoscope through the nose to view swallowing in real time.

Each tool offers unique insights—we use both to guide safe, functional feeding.
