05/05/2020

Effective May 5, 2020, Dr. Krafchin is scheduling patients for all types of appointments and services.

We have put strict infection control procedures in place to ensure your safety.

When setting up your appointment, you will be asked several questions regarding symptoms related to COVID-19. If you show any symptoms, you will be advised to seek care with your primary doctor.

The day of the appointment, please arrive wearing a mask. Any patient or family member/friend accompanying you must also wear a mask. This will be strictly enforced. Patients can only be accompanied by one person.

Your temperature will be taken, and you will be asked questions and required to sign a COVID-19 informed consent agreement.

We have instituted precautions, including social distancing, in our waiting area. We are also limiting the number of patients we see per day, thereby reducing any wait times to a minimum. All common areas are cleaned and sanitized daily.

Please call Dr. Krafchin’s office at 570-586-5000 to schedule a visit.
Your health and safety, as well as that of our community, is critical to us. Please stay safe and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
