We may have been taught that giving is better than receiving making it uncomfortable for us to receive gifts & compliments.

However, receiving is actually really important!

A law of the universe - the Law of Giving & Receiving - is based on an energetic exchange.

This energetic exchange is simply the flow of life - think how trees take the carbon dioxide we exhale and turn it into oxygen for us!

In order to give abundantly, we must receive abundantly-

✨Give from a place of love and without expectation

✨Practice accepting gifts by noticing any shame, guilt, or feelings of obligation that come up.
