There are a few seats left in the March 24th Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) class and we'd like to invite our NAMI friends to help us fill these seats!!

This free class will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at The Hideout, 640 The Hideout, Lake Ariel, PA 18436.

MHFA is for anyone interested in learning how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges. It is designed for everyday people, not just professionals—parents, teachers, employers, first responders, and anyone looking to support friends, family, or neighbors. MHFA teaches practical, early-intervention skills to support adults or youth in crisis, providing a vital link to professional care, fostering safer, more supportive communities.
