Did you know that anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and irrational fear can be linked to childhood trauma.

It could've been as minor as kids "picking" on you in school or as severe as physical/sexual abuse by someone you loved and trusted.

If you seem to be struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or irrational fear - having a safe space to talk about your situation can start you on a road of a whole and healthy new you.
