Dallas Earnest, FNP and her friendly staff provide care for most family practice issues (i.e. well exams for children and adults, pap smears, most lab tests, vaccinations, referral to specialist, assist in setting up home care needs, medical management of diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disease and much more)). We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances. 25% discount to cash pay/uninsured patients.

Please make plans for refills ahead of time. A staff member will be available Monday 14th and Thursday 17th for Nursing Only Visits and Lab Order Visits.

The parking lot to Westgate Shopping Center is still very slippery. We are going to be open today. The wheelchair ramp has been cleared and accessible to pull up and drop people off if necessary.
