• Your disability began before age 18
• It is lifelong
• It significantly affects daily life

Qualifying conditions may include:

• Epilepsy
• Other similar neurological conditions

Diagnosed with Asperger’s at 14, Jonathan now uses his story to empower students, families, and educators with insights on neurodiversity, self-advocacy, and successful life transitions.
