Providing a more peaceful, calm and healthier cellular structure, by utilizing your ●thoughts, ●breath, ●focus and the assistance of ●sound. This is the cutting edge of a healthier, and more vital life living in harmony.

This workshop will move you deeply with 432hz crystal singing bowls. We will be highly focused and will move into 50 minutes of Crystal Singing Bowl meditation. The experience will give you full embodiment, balance of the cellular structure of the body, aura and visiting the Ethos for a magnificent meditation journey.

🌝Full Moonology Yoga Nidra Event this evening from 5-6:30 Clarkston Zen 🌝
What to expect -
We will enter the room by writing on a piece of paper what we wish to release or the fire w wish to spark & burn it in my cauldron.
Go over the Moonology of this “Hunter Full Moon” & Eclipse. Welcoming that energy onto our mat. Get into our breath with a short guided meditation, followed by some gentle stretching & a easy flow.
The last part of class will be live Sound Healing where I play my instruments. Followed by a hands on adjustment in shavasna w lavender oil.
