✨ 6 Simple Ways to Cope with Holiday Stress ✨

The holidays can be stressful, but you don’t have to do it all. Here are 6 easy ways to manage stress and enjoy the season:

1️⃣ Set Realistic Expectations – Focus on what truly matters: connection, quality time, and gratitude. It’s okay to say no or scale back.

2️⃣ Practice Mindful Breathing – Just 5-10 minutes of mindful breathing or meditation can help reduce stress and center your mind.

3️⃣ Prioritize Self-Care – Take breaks for yourself! A quiet walk, reading, or a bath can recharge your energy.

4️⃣ Stay Active – Exercise helps reduce stress. Try a short walk, yoga, or dancing to feel better!

5️⃣ Set Boundaries – Protect your energy by limiting time at gatherings or saying no when it’s too much.

☀️We adopted the sweetest therapy dog named Cali.

☀️The Clarkston location received an exterior face lift with new paint, new signs, and some added greenery to the entrances.

☀️Gathered for a meet and greet, with a staff BBQ.
