did you know that the lymph node system inside of our GI system transports nutrients, removes abundance of fluid AND fights infections? another reason why i love the lymph system!!!

two reasons. i love nurturing people and to be able to give people tools to use in there "toolbox of wellness!"

that is why i do this.

over the years these pictures i would receive and i would say "ugh they aren't in the right lighting or my double chin looks too fabulous here i will never post these" but you see, this is what i do. what i look like when im in my treatments sessions.

i'm focused on you, wanting to hear your stories, telling me about your week and what is going on in your life, the big and small moments that pass. Or if you just need someone to hold space. i'm there.

when i left healthcare i was driven by the fact that i can always nurture people no matter where i go i can always be there to be a guide for others. that is why i created this dreamy blue space.

this is what i do and i cannot wait to continue to grow this beautiful space and to nurture my beautiful clients.
