We have a special workshop Wednesday November 19th at 6:30 with Lisa DeHart. In this workshop you’ll learn simple tools to release stress, stay centered amongst this busy holiday season and create joy & presence. Cost is 25 per person.

YogaVita Clarkston is teaming up with Karmanos Cancer Resource Fund/Pantry. People might not be aware that cancer patients going through treatment don’t have the funds for the healing/nourishing food that they need during cancer treatment. Help us make a difference with this food drive and donations. Grocery gift cards are needed also. We all know this food drive is very to special to all of us at YogaVita.
