We’re on day 3 of 75 soft, and here are a few act of softness you can do daily if you’re stuck:
You don’t have to do them all.
You just have to choose you — every day.
Nervous System Nurturing:
Take a nap without guilt
Sit in silence for 10+ minutes
Do a 60-second breathwork or grounding exercise
Cancel or reschedule something that overwhelms you
Say “no” without over-explaining
Emotional Honesty:
Say out loud: “I don’t have it in me today.”
Text a friend: “Can I vent without advice?”
Let yourself cry — for real, not just “tear up”
Journal how you feel without editing it
Acknowledge one way you self-abandon — and stop today
Acts of Self-Devotion:
Make yourself a plate before anyone else
Wear something just because it makes you feel beautiful
Lotion your body slowly while affirming it
Ask for help — even if it feels uncomfortable
Leave a group chat, turn off your phone, or log out for peace
Rewriting Your Role
Ask yourself: “Do I want to be needed or known?”
Let someone else handle it — even if they won’t do it “right”
Don’t fix someone else’s problem. Just listen.
Receive a compliment without deflecting
Tell someone, “I’m not okay, but I’m giving myself grace.”
Rules for a Soft Life:
No guilt. No shame. No performance.
One soft thing a day is enough.
Miss a day? Don’t start over — start again.
Track your softness in a journal, photo, or voice memo.
Speak to yourself like someone you love.
Tag us in your act of softness and bring us on the journey!
