✨️ Sound Bath Session ✨

A sound bath is a deeply therapeutic form of meditation where tones and frequencies gently guide the brain into relaxed alpha and deep theta states. This helps calm the nervous system and supports the rebalancing of the energetic body.
During this session, you’ll be immersed in healing sound created with crystal chakra singing bowls and other sound instruments, played with true intention to promote relaxation, grounding, and inner harmony. This is a space to rest, receive, and allow the sound to carry you where you need to go.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
(You’ll be lying down, so bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported.)

Because sound healing can be very powerful, we want to ensure everyone’s safety. Please have medical clearance from your healthcare provider if any of the following apply to you:
• Sound-induced epilepsy
• Pregnancy in the first trimester (12 weeks)
• Severe depression, psychosis, or other serious mental health challenges
