Lew and Diane (Euler) Wint began serving the community in 1959, selecting a charming roadside park for the building's placement. Over thirty years later, the two original downtown funeral homes merged together to utilize the South Main Street location (Goyette Funeral Home with Wint Funeral Home). Although there have been several building additions and updates over the years, one constant theme co

We are family owned and operated; we have been serving the Clarkston area and surrounding communities since 1959. Our staff is extremely compassionate, professional, and we are proud of their longevity with our company. We are mindful that our most valuable asset is our reputation. We are prompt and responsive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Regardless of the time, day or night, you are able to reach a Licensed Funeral Director. We are specialists in unusual circumstances, such as out-of-town deaths. One phone call to us will provide you with peace of mind during a difficult time.

We offer the finest, most modern and comfortable facilities in the area. Each of our chapels are accompanied by a full hospitality suite supplied with unlimited soda, water and coffee. We are committed to providing quality service, attention to every detail and immaculate facilities while honoring life.

We strive to make each service as personal and unique as possible, in order to truly celebrate the life of your loved one. From customized music selections to memorabilia and keepsake treasures of all sizes from your home; we want our families to feel comfortable while visiting in our facilities.

We pride ourselves in our efforts to educate the community. We host numerous seminars throughout the year focusing on topics such as: Veteran’s burial benefits, Green Burials, Preplanning, Prefunding, Medicare/Medicaid, Cremation and Elder Law.

Our team procures death certificates quickly, in most cases within a few business days from the date of death. Often we pick these up in person because we know how important it is to get them quickly.

We are fortunate to operate out of our same single location, ever since the founders Lew & Diane Wint opened the doors nearly 60 years ago. We have had countless updates and remodels, to best accommodate the families we serve. Operating out of a single location has allowed us to handle all preparation and care of your loved one within our one facility.
