Join me this Wednesday, February 19 at 5:30 PM! This PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY CLASS is comprehensive 90-minute self-care class aims to deliver lasting positive results and improved well-being.
Cost is $37 per person!

Male or female will benefit from the techniques and tools. We will use throughout class. If you cannot make this class, it begins again in April

April will have daytime classes on April 8, 22nd May 6, 20th at noon to 1:30 PM

Evening classes will be April 10, 24th May 8, 22nd at 5:30 PM to 7 PM

Couples Massage Night is an evening dedicated to creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere where partners can learn the art of massage while deepening their connection. Each couple will have their own massage table throughout the duration. We will combine relaxation, sensual touch, and communication in a fun and nurturing environment, offering couples an opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and bond with each other through the therapeutic power of touch. Whether you're looking to improve your massage skills or simply enjoy a night of closeness, this experience is designed to help you reconnect and rejuvenate together.
