Did you know Dr. Hannah teaches a class here at DC Wellness Center? If you’re a woman that is pregnant, has been pregnant, or planning on becoming pregnant, this class is for you!

She covers topics related to the pelvic floor surrounding pregnancy and postpartum, and instructs exercises and stretches to address common issues and help your body heal optimally after having your baby.

Class is $49 and includes hands-on instruction from Dr. Hannah, a yoga mat and instruction manual to practice the exercises at home, and a DC Wellness Center goody bag!

Exciting News at DC Wellness Center!
We are thrilled to share that after 16 years of serving our patients with care and dedication, Dr. Scott Shelden is joining Dr. Charles Dwyer as an owner of DC Wellness Center.

Dr. Scott has been a valued part of our DC Wellness family since day one, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the heart, skill, and commitment he brings to our team and our community.

Our Esthetician Dani will be going on maternity leave in November! That means her last month taking clients will be October. If you have a gift certificate for a treatment with her we ask that you get it scheduled and used before she goes on maternity leave.

Free Gown Material Available
We have a bag full of gowns that are in great shape overall, but the Velcro closures are worn. Rather than throw them out, we’d love to pass them along to anyone who could repurpose the material. Great for sewing projects, crafting, or other creative uses. Let us know if you’re interested!
