Our Story

Core Connection Pilates, Yoga & Fitness is located off Dixie Hwy. in Clarkston, Michigan. We offer a wide variety of Pilates, Fitness and Yoga classes for all fitness levels.

Current class offerings include Trim & Tone Barre, Balls Bands & Bosu, HIIT Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cardio Kick, Slow Flow/Yin, Tabata and reformer classes.

Our reformer classes are offered as private, semi private and group (up to 4) lasting 55 minutes utilizing Stott Pilates Equipment such as reformers, chairs and towers. Some experience is requested before booking these classes. We offer 30 minute Mini Private reformer sessions for first time clients to familiarize with the equipment.
