Dr. Joe will be out of town from 8/18-8/26. The office will be open 8/20, 21, and 26 where you may schedule with Dr. Ty. Dr. Joe will be back in the office on the 27th to see patients, and 8/28 the office will be back to our regular hours.

🎒 It’s Back-to-School Month, and backpack safety matters more than you think.
Heavy, poorly worn backpacks can strain developing spines and contribute to long-term postural issues.
Here are a few quick tips for families:
✔️ Choose a backpack with wide, padded straps
✔️ Adjust straps so it sits snugly across the back
✔️ Use both shoulder straps, not just one
✔️ Keep weight below 10-15% of body weight
