I have recently returned from the retreat. It has been hard to put into words the shedding and healing that took place here for myself and the other women here. I went live on my personal facebook ( Tyra Williams ) yapping for over an hour about my experience, the downloads, what I shed, and the lessons I took home with me as well as the activities we did and the symbolism in every experience there. Check it out if you have time!

I don't post my personal life here, but this is about ceremony and a huge part of my business journey too- since my business is my heart. Stay tuned for all the seeds that were planted here that will grow Embellish T as well in the coming months. I will be taking this month off from a lot of business endeavors as i reevaluate and pivot.

This retreat involved a lot of healing and clarity through movement ( ), music, cleansing, community, sisterhood, sacred plant medicine, yoga, nature, tea readings, sauna and cold plunge to help reset the nervous system, chakra healing, and different forms of energy cleansing as well. I got to rest and reset truly to come back better than ever, especially as a new mom navigating business and motherhood. Thank you Heart Warriors and Bask Retreat center. Thank you to spirit and my ancestors. I have nurtured myself through the land. Stay tuned for more as i integrate all the love and lessons !
