Welcome to Compass Family Health Clinic. We are a small privately owned practice, owned by a family nurse practitioner. We are currently working on accepting various insurances and thus it is continuously changing. We do know at this time, there is a concern for COVID-19. We will do our best to minimize patient-patient contact or infecting our own staff. Continue to maintain hand-hygiene and keep 6 feet distance from others. We strive to provide an environment that is comfortable, safe, and welcoming. If further specialty evaluation is needed, we are happy to provide a consult and to continue along with your care. Our goal is to develop trusting, long-term relationships with our patients and to provide care in a convenient, efficient, cost-effective manner.
